miscarriage help

7 and a half days pregnant.
2 second pregnancy , first baby (hopefully)
First pregnancy ended up as a miscarriage but was a blighted ovum.
Was led to believe up to 12 weeks I had a fetus..
(Complicated story)

Now pregnant again, can't help but think bad. ultrasound next week!
How can I think positive?
Starting today, been having slight cramps and first puking of the pregnancy -_- lol

My miscarriage happened on new year's day.
I smile to know what it can be and for it to be happy and healthy!
I can't help but be afraid every time I use the restroom. Pretty sure every woman will if have had a previous miscarriage.

I'm hanging in there =]

My first was a miscarriage at 11 weeks. On Xmas morning. I waited a yr and we tried again. I checked everytime I went to the bathroom. I now have a healthy girl who will be 2 in a month. I am 22 weeks and I finally stopped checking every time I went to the bathroom at 14 weeks. Just accept what can happen and hope for the best.
