10w2d w/ twins and brown when I wipe

A little background... I lost a baby at 10w2d in dec 2011.

Husband and I found out march 27 that we are pregnant with twins!! We are so excited and anxious bc of the last miscarriage.  On April 4 we had sex and when I went to the bathroom at 4am on April 5 I had pink when I wiped... We immediately went to the hospital and saw two strong heart beats (176 and 172 hcg levels were 209,000) this morning I woke up and went to the bathroom and there was brown when I wiped... Im also having very light pains in my left hip not where normal cramping would occur and not enough to be painful it just comes and goes and is more like stretching than anything.
I have a dr appt on Thursday and go every 2 weeks.... Any ideas or thoughts??? I'm a nervous wreck and so scared!
Thanks for all your thoughts! They are greatly appreciated!

The spotting was prlly from the sex and the briwn could've been old blood. The cramping is most likely stretching, which happens faster with twins. I had to call the doc for the same thing bc I wasn't expecting t stretch so early. I hope all goes well and good luck:)

I agree with Marajean21. The spotting was probably from sex, but I would still mention it to the doctor just incase. You will probably be feeling a lot of stretching since you will have to make double the room for your two little bundles of joy :) Congrats on the twins :)
