I would just choose to eat healthier, healthier meals, snacks, etc. not diet.. instead of eating a cookie, try some trail mix, or instead of fast food, google "healthy dinner recipes" and see what you can find, I agree, don't try losing weight, if it happens naturally while eating healthy that's a different story. Good luck hun!

^^mirey is right! Each Woman has different risks to her pregnancy. With something like this it is important to consult with your physician. 33195813, you should consult your own doctor to see if you can safely lose weight during pregnancy as well.

I'm 240 & am interested in what you hear, if you ask your doctor, let me know?(: I'd appreciate it a lot. By the way great job on the wright loss, stay healthy through pregnancy then keep it up after your baby is here(:

You definitely need to ask your Dr. Everyone here can give you personal stories, but I think it is an important issue that is sensitive to each individual, depending on your pregnancy risk, your blood pressure, etc. Your Dr will know your info and give you the safest answer :)
