Hip pain at 26 weeks

Hey everyone. I am 26 weeks into my third pregnancy, and I am having a lot of pain in my hips. It was just my right one at first but now it's both, and it almost feels like they are trying to pop out of socket. It hurts to sit or stand and getting into either position is difficult and painful as well. I thought it was a little early for pain like this. I never had it with my other two, so any onsite would be great.

Thanks!

I started having severe hip pain at around 14 weeks. I was to the point where there were days that I couldn't walk at all and when I could, my hips would randomly just give out and I would have to grab something to keep from falling. My doctor sent me to physical therapy, which told me that my hips were completely out of alignment because of the hormone relaxin causing the ligaments to relax and my pelvic muscles weren't strong enough to keep the bones in place. The physical therapist gave me exercises to do to strengthen the muscles and also some to get my hips back in alignment when I started hurting. I'm at 25 weeks now and I haven't had any pain in my hips in about 5 weeks.
