is this acid reflux?

everyday for some reason when i burp or swallow, or cough, i get this puke like taste in my mouth....i constantly feel like im going to puke but i have not puked at all this pregnancy. im 8 months...and i do have feet all up in my ribs.

sometimes i get this like REALLY major taste in my mouth and sometimes i actually think i puke in my mouth (tmi) but idk whats going on....ive tried drinking milk, pudding, anything thats thick or coated....ive also tried extra strength tums

If it tastes acidic it is acid reflux. Milk is the worst thing to drink. Dont eat or drink anything acidic, nothing greasy, nothing spicy, no dairy. Tums help sometimes, but if its severe or persistent talk to your doctor and they can prescribe you medication. Also after you eat wait an hour before laying down. It helps to eat smaller meals at a time.

my doctor tried to prescibe me with someone that wasnt known if its safe or not for pregnant women..who the heck prescribes that if theyre UNSURE?! lol..thats why i stick with tums.

My doc put me on protonix its like prilosec.but mine is a bad chest pain that goes around my left side into my back.

sounds like heart burn and some acid reflux you can go get antacids the walmart brand works AMAZING i use them still they even work for my husband lol he was like no that is yours i dont want to take it till he had reall bad heart burn i gave him 2 and it was gone lol
