Thank youu everybody. Now that i know the reaspns why i will definetly be drinking it & adding flavors too it.
I add fruit to my water. Makes it easier to drink.
Yess I agree drink as much water as possible even if u don't like it for the baby ... I didn't drink enough an they got on to me at my appointment they said I was dehydrated so try your best to drink a lot each day :-) :-)
I just had to go to the hospital earlier this week because of decreased fetal movement and while I was there I also learned that I have an irritated uterus from dehydration and not drinking enough water that was causing me to have contractions. So try to drink as much as you can!
If you don't like the taste of water try having week cordial or even watering down your favorite drinks ( probably not milk ). I normally love water but this pregnancy i can't stand the taste of it so I'm mixing in a little apple juice to change the flavour
Get like mio or something there's no sugar or anything in it it just flavors your water
Just try drinking things like non caffeinated tea, infused water(water with lemon, cucumbers, berries, kiwi, etc...), try crystal light.
With my 2nd child I was rushed to the hospital for early labor and contractions. Turns out I was dehydrated. Its important to drink water or gatorade.. something to keep u hydrated. Juices have too much sugar
How long did u go without drinking water? I was feeling contractions earlier haven't really drank water for 2 days but have been drinking orange juice & lemonade
They say it's important to drink plenty of water it will prevent u.t.i and help your kidneys filter properly .. it also prevents from having a dry birth ..dry births are painful
You don't exactly have to be drinking water specifically. Sure, it's definitely the healthiest way to go, but just as long as you're drinking any type of fluids daily, you should be good :)
I'm actually in the hospital right now because I wasn't drinking water and I started to have contractions because my baby got dehydrated. I'm 23 weeks.
Is not bad i didnt start drinking water till the last week of pregnancy. Try drinking apple juice something that will keep you hydrated.
