Are they soppose to hurt???....i been feeling some type of pain && tightning dk if its BH...(31w+5d)
Braxton Hicks will go away with a hot shower and some rest and lots of water. Yes sometimes they hurt. If you shower rest and drink water and they are time-able and occurring within 20 mins of together regularly head to l&d
If its bh ur not supposed to have more than 4-6. An hour. Sometimes they can be what u wuld call very uncomfortable but Not painful. I wild drink a big cup of water lay down and if they dont go away go to the er
They told me they wouldn't hurt but they always did for me. Went to the hospital three times with bh with my first son! Lay down, relax, if they don't go away or at least get further apart then call Dr! As long as they don't keep getting stronger and closer together for more than an hour or two I wouldn't worry.
