Natural labor starter!!'??

Ok so I have one week to try and pop out this baby or they are setting my induction date for July 8th! I heard Wong induced makes contractions much more painful and prolongs labor so I wanna try and have this little one before the 8th! I have been at 1cm for 2 weeks! Any advice on natural labor starters I know walking and sex and spicy food is supposed to help but is there anything else that has worked better? I have tried sex walking and spicy food and no progress! Thanks

Pineapple, spicy food, sex, walking, bouncing on a birthing ball. Idk if any of these work but it's worth a try lol

When I was induced with my first it wasn't that bad. 4 hours from checking into the hospital to cleaning up after having the baby. I want to be induced this time too.

i had 4 sweeps - 39+6, 40+2. 41, and 41+6.   they can help induce labour but not always.  most midwives will do them when you reach your due date - here in the uk they won't do one til your due date ( i got mine a day early cause there were no appointments left for next day)    and i still had to be induced lol x

Do they always do a sweep it is that just some drs? I am in sob" much pain every time they check me! It hurts me so bad lol

I honestly tried everything but the only thing that worked for me was the stretch and sweep my doctor did for me

Can't help am afraid i was 2-3cm for two weeks lol and had to be induced, but ill bump it for you lol x
