I don't take prenatals with my first pregnancy and I don't with this one. My babies are healthy. I do eat a lot of fruits, vegetables and eggs(good for Dha).

There are way too many different options not to take vitamins, and with your baby at stake, you don't have much of a choice. Get liquid vitamins and put it in your food, or research what foods give you what you need and eat them daily. Not only is it bad for baby to not have them, you also suffer yourself. I've seen people's teeth rot out from poor nutrition during their pregnancy. Do what you can to get the vitamins you need daily.

I had that problem as well..  I can't swallow a pill AT ALL.
And chewing vitamins will give you a headache!

I was taking the gummies,  but I got so sick and nauseous for the first 6 months,  I couldn't keep anything down,  not even an ounce of food.

So I didn't sorry about forcing them down my throat,  just to throw up.
But at 16 weeks I found out that he had. A heart problem that could have probably been prevented by vitamins...
Imagine the feeling.
Seriously.

I am 30 weeks now,  and my doctor recommended flintstone vitamins.  I take them when my stomach is feeling strong.
I am anemic as well,  which could be prevented by vitamins.

Just experiment with them until you find a tolerable one...  You will not regret it.
But you will if you don't.
