No they actually have mattresses that go in the pack and play they are thick and comfy.. really no different than a crib because some pack n plays have bassinets and vibrates and plays music
I think its fine just whatever kind of cushion u put in there put under the pen sheet so baby cant smother in it u might check second hand stores or ask friends that are done having kids though for a crib and just lysol everything on it I would say get a new mattress if u do get one tho
In uk we don't have pack n plays we have travel cots, used for travel or for everyday we use moses baskets or cots/cribs. I wouldn't recommend it.
I have a pack n play with bassinet , I just put a soft blanket on the mat & my daughter sleeps fine it .
Oh no I don't lol. I am going to look into tonight. Going to walmart :)
I have the one with the bassinet but its like the pad that hangs and then you take it off and just put it onthe bottom if that makes sense lol
They have one's with bassinets in them!
Every pediatrician I've asked doesn't recommend it, but I think it depends on the child my children have always had both & always slept better in the crib. I personally don't care much for the play pens except they are easy to take with you when you need them.
If you're worried about it being too hard on your kid's back, buy some cushions for it to make it softer. But ive seen lots of baby's sleep just fine in pack n plays
Not true. Though I thought it was kinda hard for ny baby so I got a soft quilted play yard sheet and put a folded up soft blanket under the sheet for extra cushion. My sleeps in her pack n play just fine
