it not working for me.

Me and my husband have been trying to have a baby for two years already. I've got prenant twice but lost both of them to miscarriage's. Ever since my miscarriage's happened my cycle has been random. I used to always start on the 15th of every month. Now start either on the 25,26,27 or even on the 1st -4, what do you think that is? And if anyone would know about the time to ovulate?

I would look into progesterone levels like trying43 mentioned. Since your cycle is getting longer it might be a sign of low progesterone. Low progesterone can also result in early misscarriage. It's something the doctors can help remedy pretty easily for you...so worth looking into.

Hello,

I had a premature delivery last July '09 during 24 weeks and my son could not survive.
From then on we have been trying to concieve but to no avail. Actually me and my husband stay in 2 different cities and it is difficult for us to plan the same. It so happens sometimes that we dont get to meet each other for months as this is what our work culture demands. Can someone help me the best way to resolve this?

If I were you, I wouldn't worry about fertility issues. Since you've already been pregnant twice, you and your husband are fully capable. I have a sister-in-law who had two misscarriages before finally having a successful pregnancy. From what I've been told, a woman is most fertile around two weeks after her period. You can tell by the mucousy substance that your body will secrete. The rest is God. His timing is perfect when it comes to human life. Hang in there and keep your head up. It will happen!

I had 2 m/cs before I had my first son, the only thing they could figure out was low progesterone.  Now we are expecting #3.  It tooks us a little over a year to get pg with this one. As far as knowing what you might have it could be a number of things, hormone levels not right, ovarian cysts, endometriosis.  In my case it was all of the above. My periods at one time were irregular at one time and I would have them anywhere from 21-40 days.  I had 2 ovarian cysts.  As soon as that resolved, they returned to my normal 28 days.  I still did not get pg.  My hormone levels were off.  My progesternone was low my fsh was high and my amh was low.  I had an hsg, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and a d&c done.  Hsg was mostly clear, had a little stuff in there but not blocked, a polyp was found in my uterus and removed, had endometriosis it was removed, and my lining was too thick so that is why the d&c was done.  Long story short after all of that and a medicated cycle with injectables my hormone levels returned to normal and I got pg with #3.  My RE seems to think the endo., polyp, and thick lining were affecting my hormone levels therefore not letting me get pg.  As far as predicting ovulation, with all the issues I had I would still get a positive ovulation test.   I think hormone testing, and ultrasound, and maybe an hsg might get you on the read to finding out what the problem may be.  Good luck to you.
