I am 25 weeks and for the first 16 weeks I was throwing up day in and day out constantly. Anything I tried to eat or drink would come right up. I had lost ten pounds due to it. I felt like I was hurting my baby. Now I am able to eat a lot more then what I could. But there are those few things that I am still not able to even smell ( like pickles) it was probably the hardest part of being pregnant for me. I am a ftm and I did not expect it at all. Just keep your head up mama and everything will come into place. Just take things easy and drink plenty of water. Try some peppermint tea or ginger root tea. They helped some with the naseousness. Sprite every now and then worked too. Food wise it all depends on what you can handle. I could only eat tacos and subway and fries and taco salad oh and burritos and pizza. Which is greasy foods. Just do what your body tells you. You will know what you can handle and what you won't just think about what you are wanting to eat. And don't think about if it will make you throw up. You can do it. If you wanna talk just pet me know. I will be more then happy to help you through it as much as I can. And congrats on the baby.

You need to drink at least 5 bottles of water a day. Its important to keep the fluids up.
