Better not risk it. You are only pregnant for 9 months. After that you have all the time in the world to do the things you want, including using a Jacuzzi. Please don't risk it. God bless!
just because you dont over heat doesnt mean your baby won't. its dangerous because your baby is more tempeture sensitive than you. do not do it.
You aren't supposed to use it as the heat can cause spinal defects in your baby. I honestly don't see why it's so hard to stay out of a Jacuzzi for 9 months. You have the rest of your life to use them
I have a jacuzzi at home and use it all the time for my back pain and my doctor said just hydrate yourself and keep water next to you. If you start getting too hot than get out for a few minutes and cool off. I have been using mine the past 21 weeks and my baby boy is not affected by it at all.
Don't do it. I'm a Physician Assistant major and we learned that you and baby could stroke out. Dont take the chances
But for sure check with your doctor first!
My midwife said listen to your body, and don't sit in it for more than five minutes at a time. In between, cool off. Jump into the swimming pool if there is one or run your wrists/ankles under cold water to make sure your temperature stays low enough. I used a hot tub all the time when I was pregnant with my daughter, but I was careful not to get in if it was too hot and I followed my midwife's instructions.
A lot of people judged me and gave me dirty looks. One woman even went as far as to tell me I was killing my baby. I just pointed to the part of the warning sign that said 'ask physician before use if pregnant, etc....' and told her I had been cleared to use it. People are so damn judgemental!
It can cause preterm labor being in to hot of water n not good for the baby Also
to be honest I'm a Ftm and don't see what the big deal is. I went in one on vday. I obviously didn't allow myself to over heat and drank lots of water. Me and my baby are perfectly healthy. 22w :)
Meeehhh. Oh well, better to not risk it!
Awwe that ***** .
Iwas going to goo on a vacation and was planing on gettin on the jacuzzi for a relax:c oh well
If the water is under 100 degrees, it's okay. It's likely that a jacuzzi will be around 103, which isn't safe for a pregnant woman.
I Was Always Told No. Plus At Spas,GyMs, Clubs There Should Be A Sign
