I just lived on cereals that contained vitamins for the first 13 weeks. When I reached week 14 I transformed into a pig overnight lol
I had the same problem when I first got pregnant. Try eating small meals. I drank milk for breakfast and tried eating bread, or ate avocado. Then I ate mango for lunch. Make sure you eat foods that have folic....even if it means eating dry cereal then drinking milk afterwards. God bless!
