I've had this problem too and I've heard that it could also be related to stress. You tend to get more stressed when pregnant because of all the changes and I clench my jaw at night and the more stress you have the more you clench. You can get a mouth guard at Walmart for a few bucks and you just wear it when you go to bed and it really helps!
Im 7weeks pregnant and I have a wisdom toothe cutting whuch is pushing the other teeth prob a coincidence
It is definitely pregnancy related lol teeth and gums get more sensitive and also a hormone called relaxin is released causing pain in most joints (jaw) talk to your dr about it
Mine use to hurt at the beginning of my pregnancy . It was horrible if I ate or open my mouth to wide it would hurt idk why but it doesn't any more .
I'm 38 weeks n I feel it mostly at night it *****. My jaw feels bruised
My jaw cracks more then usual when chewing but I think its the weather changing not due to being pregnant. My gums are super sore and sensitive which I know is from being pregnant
