There's a lot you could do without all of that lol
Um try squats and a lot of sex and walking and drinking a lot of water, I think the squats might work I did a couple sunday and boy have I been feeling pressure, and so many other things I think I did mine a little early tho lol I justturned 36 weeks

At the least, it could make your belly sore or higher risk for TOO much jumping could cause placental abruption.... Besides you don't really want to shake baby up too much lol....
I would try something else..do squats, go for some brisk walks, stretch, if you can have sex..I don't think gravity would do so great with jumping jacks and a pregnant woman lol
