Lol I've always been a picky eater too! If my man doesn't cook me a healthy meal then I just go get something that is quick lol I hate cooking, I like baking though...go figure LOL I also keep telling myself I'll do yoga a couple times a week but never do. My body is turning to flab, I'm going to really regret it later ughh
I'm not even a big junk food fan but I LOVE chocolate tim bits from tim hortons! & I don't even like chocolate LOL
Sadly I'm the same way, I mean I try to eat fruit & healthy things as much as I can, but I just love & can't get enough of junk food, especially fast food (which is horrible) & pizza & taters & soda! Makes me feel bad, but I've always been a picky eater, not big on veggies at all, I do love fruit though. It's hard, but I'm trying to cut back..
Lol, it seems like when I do eat, its not healthy as it should be... I'm more of a Chinese food and chipotle lover.. but lately I've been craving chic fil a and Wendy's. I'm sure the weight will catch up with me soon lol .. even though I crave it I have yet to have any of that except the Chinese I had last week lol
Wowww four pounds in four months is nothing, how could you dwell you are gaining too much weight? I wish I had less of an appetite but all I want to do is eat lol
