I'm 5 weeks pregnant and I'm suffering from migraines:((

What is safe to take on regular basis?
Yes advil and tylenol are the only two my doctor prescribed to me also until a certain point in your pregnancy which is about 25-29 weeks
Tylenol reg strength or extra strength is fine i had migraines so bad my doctor told me those are safe as well as advil up to 28 weeks
