just wondering/HELP!!!!!
Can you take alka-seltzer plus early in your pregnancy because I have a really bad cold and I don't want my baby to have any birth defects
No alka-seltzer. There's an ingredient in it that is not good for baby. Try Tylenol or robitussin. I believe the Vicks 44 cough medicine is ok too.
I'm not sure about early in your pregnancy but I'm 31 weeks and my gyn said no Alka seltzer. I would recommend robitussin and tylenol. That's pretty much all you can take. Your baby is developing the most in the beginning of your pregnancy so I wouldn't take it
