My husband and I both have dark eyes/hair.genetics is a crazy thing! Our daughter has blond hair and bright blue eyes! Our son has the prettiest red hair and green eyes! The male does have a more dominant gene but it's really up to chance!

I have green eyes my husband has brown. Our first born has very light blue almost gray and second has brown. So could go either way.

Brown is a more dominant gene but you never know! I am in the same boat. My husband is Hawaiian so he has dark brown eyes and I have green. I hope our little girl gets green!
