Yep its normal. I hate that feeling. Feels like my lil one is pushing on my lungs!! Lol

I know it sounds weird but get on all four and arch your back. It lets you get that deep breath you so desperately feel like you need!!

Completely normal. Unless you have other symptoms that go with it like a fast heart rate than you might want to call your dr. I was so out of breath doing the smallest things and still get it sometimes and I'm 38 weeks.
