One way to do it is everytime you urinate stop it voluntarily and start it again and then stop it. It definitely helps :) when you start you might not ne able to have control but in a week you'll see a difference which means your pelvic muscles are getting stronger.
Its pretty mucj like clinching your uterus/butt for a few and letting go and doing it over and over its supposed to work out the muscles down there to make it easier to push and also faster to make your uterus to go back to normal size.
