kicking
Is there any way you can encourage the baby to kick? The baby kicks when my dog lays next to me but won't do it for my husband, and he is starting to feel jealous.
I poke my belly an say my lil mans name then he starts to move around lol :) but I'm 31w4d I doubt that would work at 19weeks. I didn't actually feel my lil man move and kick until I was around 24 weeks. I was feeling lil flutters at like 17 weeks but that's about it :))

Eat ice! You might wait a week. I'm 20.5 weeks and this baby is kicking away but can sense who hand lays on the belly. Try get your hubby to lay his head on your belly. My hubby and mum both could hear the water moving so they knew bub was moving and suddenly kick their heads lol. My hubby have been talking to my belly since early on so would be good if yours does cause bub can familiar with sound and sense etc
I use to lay in a bath and put a cool cloth on my stomach got them moving like crazy!
