Hard Time Eating

Hey ladies (: I'm currently 20 Weeks, and I feel like eating has become so difficult. It's not like early on when I had morning sickness and everything made me nauseous. It's just I seem to be turned off of all food ! I'll be super hungry, make an awesome meal, and as soon as I take one bite it just disgusts me. It takes me forever to eat a meal because I have to suffer through it.

I'm sure this is just a part of pregnancy, and there's probably not a lot I can do to help it, but if any of you have experienced this or have any tricks that help, I'd appreciate hearing them (:

Hmm, I want sure if I should ask my doctor cause I thought she'd just say she couldn't do anything, but that's good to know, thanks (: aha I so far haven't found like Amy food I can safely eat, but I'll try lighter foods. Honestly, even water will upset me for some reason ! It's annoying. I hope it does pass because I am hungry, just hard to eat

Your doctors can give you meds to take for it. You should call your doc if you can't wait until your next appointment.
