Hi I'm 24 weeks pregnant and I get pain in my kidneys too sometimes. I get kidney stones and have melginary sponge kidney. It can hurt pretty bad. If it get so bad that you can't handle it or are crying you may have a stone and I would go to the er but you can have pain when your pregnant for no reason. i have heard from my  urologist that pregnancy is hard on your kidneys. I would drink lots of water quickly and that may help. i hope you feel better soon.

I'm not sure if you usually drink enough water?  If you don't then that could be the case and just wanted to ask if you have more then usual discharge down below? because that can mean there is Thrush in urine which can be associated with kidney probelms.
