I fell today
Hey ladies this is my first pregnancy. I fell as I waa getting up from the couch, just got dizzy out of nowhere. .hit the floor pretty hard(on the carpet in the living rm) I feel okay just wondering does this happen to u ladies nd were u ok? Im 18wks..I know we have occasionally faint spells just want to know does it happen to uou guys. .thanks :)
Try more iron and dont get up so quick. I did I turned out anemic.. becareful eat more protein and iron
