The only way to know for sure if you are pregnant is to test either with urine or with blood. Nothing on the internet no matter what it advertises is going to be able to predict whether or not you are pregnant.
That looks a bit fishy to me! I don't know how they can determine whether or not your pregnant after only 48 hours of gestation by just filling out a form!!! I wouldn't trust it!
