I try to walk every day (some days my back just hurts too darned bad) but I also do wall push-ups or any arm workouts with dumbbells (sp?). The walking helps with my weight and will help with labor and then the arm workouts ensure that they won't get worn out picking my son up over and over (also helps them look good, lol)...
lol as long as your babys healthy I wouldn't worry about weight gain! and right, I was never really tiny but I was never so big, it makes me sad ! lol us moms do so much for these little ones♡ I do go on YouTube I just feel like the pregnancy cardio isnt enough for me lol
lmfao yea i can only play maybe 2 songs and then I'm so done. I'm sweating and like ok time for a nap lol. I'm suppose to be gaining 25 pounds but i have only gained 6. the doctor wants me to eat more and i feel like I'm a big fatty and eat a lot! people say I'm small but i just don't see it i think I'm huge. but i don't think I'm use to all this weight thats why lol. awww congrats. have you tried going on youtube. i follow this pregnant girl and she does pregnant exercise that are safe for you and baby.
dude just dance kicks your butt lol even before I was pregnant xD it sounds fun right now though! thats always good to cut down on^_^ ive gained 26 pounds this pregnancy but with the weight I lost ive now gained 19 pounds (: I'm 31 weeks!
i go for a walk everyday. and to be honest i play just dance too lol. but I'm getting to that point in pregnancy where i get sore easy or every 5 minutes i have to pee because she kicks at my bladder or sits on it. i don't watch calories . i am trying to gain wait. so far i am only gaining what the baby weighs. but i try to eat less sugary stuff and eat less of the greasy food because I'm scared that my baby will get sick from it lol. i am 29 weeks btw.
have* so much energy and my spd and eased itself (still hurts but manageable) today I did an hour of cardio and walked 5 miles! I feel great but my legs are tired lol. what exercises do you ladies do to stay fit? and do you watch calories? if so, do yo have an amount you try to stay under? I try to avoid going over 1700. I eat a lot of healthy nutritious things and its going so great!
