hi im a FTM 39.5 weeks and due on friday.im not really sure what to expect this week.as of now I'm just nauseas and have been feeling pressure on my down area and light menstrual cramps that started a while ago.they told me I am 3cm dilated since last week so my babygirl can be here at anytime,I can't wait:) Although my husband works overnight like right now that's the only thing that worries me is him not being here & me having to call him to work to tell him to get his but over here lol
I'm really intrested in hearing everyone's labor stories,so I can get an idea of what to somewhat expect. Thankyou ladies :) #sleeplessnights

My husband was scheduled to go underway for a week on my due date so i was trying to jump start labor because if I went into labor he wouldn't have to go. We walked a lot. I did acupuncture twice. The first time he dropped the second time I started having contractions 24 hours later. I started having contraction 2 days before my due date. We were on our way to dinner reservations so I didn't tell anyone till after dinner. Once we got home I went to bed. Woke up here and there with contractions. Woke up for good at 7am with strong close contractions. Took a shower and timed them for 2 hours they were around 2m 30sec to 3m apart. Woke by husband andc went for a walk to see what that would do because even though they were close I didnt feel they were that strong. While walking they went to 1m 30s apart (I had a contraction timeing app you press start and stop with each one and it does all the math.) Decided I needed to go in. By the time I got there they were really really strong. I was 4 cm and admitted.  An hour later got an epidural. 6 hours after arriving my son was born after 10 mins of pushing.

although i was induced with both my kids preg with my 3rd now. my last one was our fun one as of so far lol. i was huge my daughter is the exact image of her father. anyway i had him come home from work three dirrent times before my induce date bec i swore i was gona have her i lost the plug i was haven odd discharge and all that fun stuff and ebery time id get my contractions timed just right id call him hed be otw home and boom it would stop lol then on the day of we had our stuff ready and i was getting contractions bad and we were otw to the hospital to be induced it was funny we get there and i was already having normal labor stuff, it took 6 hours and 20 mins pushing. her shoulders alnost got stuck but i managed to get her out anyway. she was so big and long she pushed my uterus allll the way to the right so they had to watch and make sure it went back to normal. my plasenta basixally blew up on the dr and nurse so that was a little freaky but all in all, no stitchs nthn she was 9.1 pounds and 23 inches long. i think she was a todddler.. not a new born ;) my first child was 17 hours in labor 45 mins pushing and he was 7.5 pounds 21 inches long.
