I am 39 weeks pregnant and I been vomiting,diarrhea, back pain and now my stomach is tightening up wit cramps could I be in labor

By the way, most moms to be get diarrhea before labor.  I think it is mother nature's way of clearing us out a bit before the big event.  Vomiting, not many women have this in labor.  I did but in reaction to painful contractions--  part of my pain response. BIG FUN.  LOL  

Could you also have eaten anything bad?

Super important to keep hydrated.  Take small sips of liquid as big gulps or large amounts may make you vomit more.  I was severely dehydrated by the time I go to the hospital.  Made things more complicated (had 6 bags of fluid and my heart rate was skyrocketing).  So, stay hydrated.

Call your doctor if unsure of what to do.
