how do i produce more breast milk?
Also eat oatmeal. I have oatmeal everyday for breakfast and my supply has gotten better. I produce more milk and more often
Pump between feedings. Your body will gradually adjust to the amount of milk it needs to keep up.
Stay hydrated and the more you breast feed, the more milk you'll have. It's a supply and demand thing.
