Is it possible that yesterdayr I was 2 cm dilated and my doctor felt my babys head and today a nurse said I was closed she had long nails, is that even possible
Thats jus what my doctor told me but im sure you can spot jus cause it irritates your cervix I guess lol sometimes I wish I was a doctor and knew more lol.
^^^thats not true. Its normal to spot after being checked whether you're dilated or not. And as far being dilated then not it is not possible. And as far as finger nails I'm pretty sure its a health violation to have them. Before I became a stay at home mom I was a nurse and it was against policy because of the stuff that can get stuck under nails.

Yea you definitely aint closed then if your spotting after getting checked. My doctor told me thats why I was spotting cause I was dilated.
Best way to know is a transvaginal ultrasound, especially when they explain on the screen what they can see but usually my dr just examines me and Id trusr him over a nurse.
My doctor is a man and he said I was 2 and 75% effaced and this nurse a woman with long nails said I was completely closed which I honestly don't believe at all because I just lost about half of my mucus plug and I was spotting yesterday after my doctor checked me he even felt my baby's head
Yeah its possible. That's why the same person should be checking you each time. For example: i went to the hospital for contactions at 32 weeks...The nurse taking care of me said i was half a finger tip dialated. (Female)

Thats impossible, i hate when they have long f***~ nails it hurts so bad they should cut them
