ladies please help!!!!

So its been a week now since this started. My left rib is in pain and its hurts to breathe sometimes and I've tried rubbing vapor rub, Tylenol, warm bath, I also tried sleeping on the floor last night to see if it would go away but it didn't work. My husband has been massaging it and nothing. There are days that it hurts more than others, but there are times I can't move.

I have no bleeding/cramping nothing that makes me think something is wrong.
Its just that the pain is annoying.
It started when I was 12 weeks 2 days and now I'm 13 wks and 2 days and it still hasn't gone away.

Could it because my body is stretching?
Have any of you had this happen to you??

I thought a heating pad was bad for baby?

My daughter bruised my ribs but I'm 32 weeks and I think your baby is too small to do that at 13+2.

yes because ur uterus grows then it moves up. when u go to docs just tell them about the pain and ur doc will help but for now i nothing is workin try heat pad or icy hot the heat pad seems to really help me alot especially with my low back pain

Vapor rub has helped before I was pregnant and I would have back pain, I know its weird but it helped.

Could it be that baby is up there already I'm only 13wks and 2 days??

i had alot of pain in mine but it was because the baby moving up into my ribs try using heat pad or icy hot

It happens to me, but it's my muscle cramping cause baby has it stretched too far. Vapor rub isn't for pain... You need to try icy hot. But talk to your dr, sometimes babies can bruise.or even crack ribs.

Yeah i would just let her know. It may just be from where your uterus is getting bigger and moveing stuff around in ya

I have an appt with her on monday, my blood pressure is normal, but I will let her know.

I was told with any pain in my ribs i needed to see my dr. But that was just because im a bit overweight a d they thought my blood pressure would sky rocket. You could always call your dr though and see what they say
