It's been 2 weeks and 1 day since I had my lil boy, I've been having terrible headaches for the last few days and I get cold spells through the day and night, anyone experience this?
How much sleep have you been getting? Are you staying hydrated? You can get headaches if you're lacking in either department. After I had my first baby I would get bad migraines, but I have always been headache prone.. Hope they get better for you..
I had headaches too. Not sure if it was tension headaches bc my shoulders were sore from holding baby. If you can, check your blood pressure. Some ppl get post pardom hypertention. I had some cold sweats and night sweats. That's part of hormones.
