It also helps with not getting to overweight and gaining unneeded weight. Idc what women or people say, I do not use being pregnant as an excuse to gain a crap ton of weight and eat unhealthy. I did that with my son bc I was unemployed and had no friends . in the 4 years between pregnancies I was still trying to lose the weight I gained from my son.. This time I do it way different and I feel soo much better! I breathe better. I can stay active, I don't feel too heavy. and Im almost 30 weeks and have only gained a healthy 7 lbs.. all baby!

Wont harm baby. but if your not active much or at all. it does make labor a lot hard and longer I hear! Try to walk as much as possible even if it is in small portions! With my son I laid around the entire 9 months and did nothing but gain 40 lbs! it was terrible. My labor was terrible!! This pregnancy I work 40 hours a week bartending on my feet, chase my 4 year old, I clean ALOT! I just try to stay active and I pray this labor goes smoother!

No but you should try to at least walk sometimes.
