Actually NO woman produce milk before birth. What you have is colostrom. You Stat producing it while pregnant. It's a clear yellowish. It's what the baby needs the first few days to build up their immune system. Then a few days after you give birth your milk will come in. So leaking at 23 weeks is normal but not everybody leaks.
Hi. Most women don't actually produce milk until they've given birth. BUT, we have so many hormones circulating, this bit of nipple discharge happens. It's typically not really milk that an infant would drink but more discharge from hormones. But yes, normal. being pregnant is so glamorous, isn't it? ha ha. But totally worth it in the end. good luck
