leg cramps
Ughhh these leg cramps aint no joke. Im 19weeks one day and ive had horrible leg cramps since my second trimester hit.
I knowwwww! I started drinking milk and it made them go away (I drank absolutely no milk before) one cup a day. I don't like milk, it hurts my tummy afterwards but I'd rather have a tummy ache than leg cramps!
When you feel a cramp coming bend your foot upwards towards your head, that usually works for me for stopping them
