Ingrown hairs

I've been getting these painful ingrown hairs between my legs and they won't go away. My dad tried to pop it today and I was in tears. Has anyone else been going through this? And if so what do you use to relieve the pain?

Apply some vitamin E on it! But the capsules and cut open and put the gel on it! That works wonders for me! It pops it and relieves the pain fast!
