My midwife said try not to lift more than ten pounds if your ligament pain gets bad.
Some days are better than others sometimes I can go two days without having it then it'll come back laying down is the only thing that helps me
Mine started EARLY it made me so scared sometimes. I could've sworn I was having a miscarriage. But I have a healthy baby girl! Who is a jumping bean I swear! Hahaha I think that's why I stretched so fast cause she's always moving wanting more room!
Thank you, I shouldn't have to worry so much now, it gets a little scary sometimes, ive learned to not sneeze while driving cuz then it hurts like a mo fo
I have to use a heating pad regularly mine is constant and I'm petite and short so I have a lot of stretching to do. Its not uncommon to be constant mines worse at the end if the day. But its let up ALOT now compared to how bad it was before and I'm 21+4
I mean like can it be constant without letting up? I find the best thing to do is when I sneeze or cough is to sit up n hold my belly, im 17wks n its mainly in my pelvic area
I've had it since I was in my second trimester I'm in my third now and I can say it gets worser in the third trimester I cry when I try to get out of bed I know the pain my ob said it can last until you have the baby sometimes even after for awhile
