My midwife said try not to lift more than ten pounds if your ligament pain gets bad.

Mine started EARLY it made me so scared sometimes. I could've sworn I was having a miscarriage. But I have a healthy baby girl! Who is a jumping bean I swear! Hahaha I think that's why I stretched so fast cause she's always moving wanting more room!

I have to use a heating pad regularly mine is constant and I'm petite and short so I have a lot of stretching to do. Its not uncommon to be constant mines worse at the end if the day. But its let up ALOT now compared to how bad it was before and I'm 21+4
