I had an all natural labor no epi and I would do it again! My mom would rub my back or put pressure every time I got a contraction it helped and my bf would constantly tell me to breathe in through my nose and out with my mouth.

I wanted to so badly! My labor had to be started with pitocen because my water had been broken a long time, but I did deliver without any pain medication or epidural. This time I will be having a water birth for sure.
