light cramping at 4 weeks

I just found out I'm pregnant a couple days ago and an beginning to experience light cramping. I also spotted after having sex, but only once and it was a scant amount that showed up on the toilet paper, light pink in color. Area these symptoms normal or should be concerned?

Update: the spotting had now become light bleeding. Still not enough to wear a pad, just showing on the toilet paper. I'm so scared. I had a miscarriage in October at 8 Weeks and can't stand the thought of going through that again.

Hey! Totally normal, it was most likely implantation bleeding! Some women get it and some don't. And keep in mind every pregnancy is different so don't go scarying yourself based on other peoples pregnancy. I wouldn't worry unless you started bleeding heavily and our cramping horribly. I'm 7 weeks and I still get cramps like my period should start somedays but then it goes away so don't worry its normal :)

Could be normal. Cramping happened due to your body changing, and as long as your not bleeding a lot or having clods you will be fine. If it gets worse you can go to a er to get checked. And your ob can run some blood work to make sure your pregnancy numbers are going up. Congratulations
