light headed and dizziness?

so I'm 28 weeks and more recently now I have been getting light headed or dizzy really really easily. I get light headed everytime I stand for music worship in church, sometimes when I'm sitting straight up, and even sometimes when I'm just waiting in the checkout line at the store. Is this something I should be worried about happening so easily?

I was 15 when I was pregnant with my first and this happens to me from 20 weeks till I had my daughter it was horrible I would be sitting in class and I would start getting dizzy and hot and everything would start getting blurry ( worst feeling in the world! ) my Dr. Told me when that happens I need to lay down somewhere cold and it would make me feel so much better! Now I'm 19 and 31 weeks with my son and this pregnancy hasn't been as bad as my last but the dizziness still happens from time to time especially when I stand up for a long time or when I get hot. I think its just something that happens when your pregnant and its something you have to deal with! Yes its horrible but it is worth every second !

It could be low sugar. you could be eating to much salt. or your not eating enough. It happens to me from time to time, it would always happen in my first trimester. i would eat peanut better crackers (the kind in that little pack) it always would help.
