lots of pain!!
Im 39 weeks and I'm 1cm an 50-60% effaced. I've been having constant period like cramps and random sharp pains that bring me to tears and i have a lot of pressure and very bad vagina pain ik tmi sorry but what should I do? Whats this mean?
Im having contractions as well and I've tried everything to help ease them an nothing helps
That could be labor. I would sit down or lie down on your left side drink some water. Is the pain just in vag or are you having contractions as well?
