low blood flow?

I'm 32+6 and was diagnosed with low blood flow at 31 weeks. She's really little and they gave her lung development steroids. They are trying to keep her in til after Christmas. I live an hr from the hospital so I can't just go running every time I get nervous. Any way to keep track of my baby's health the 5 days I'm not at the doc? And what will be the deciding factor if they have to take her early?

About to get hooked up to the monitor. Not much movement today. Second steroid shot today so at least I already had to be here!

Paying close attention to the baby's movements is helpful.  If she's still moving regularly that's a good sign.

The deciding factor in a case like this,  is when being outside the uterus is more healthy for her than being inside - when the placenta is providing so little nutrients and oxygen that she's better of being born.

Best wishes.  At 34 weeks,  after Christmas,  she has a very good chance of everything going great.
