low blood pressure

we all know the dangers of high blood pressure when carrying a baby. but is low blood pressure a problem too? i found out that my feeling faint and nearly passing out is due to this rapid drop in my blood pressure. i'm 36w4d and this is happening more and more often. should i be worried as i've not got long to go? please please help.

I have been at 90/40ish for almost this entire pregnancy.  They are watching in more closely at the end though to see if it goes up.  I was told that I may have the beginning stages of preeclampsia if I ever get a "normal" reading.  Other than that I have been told that it is fine and to drink lots of water.   I know how you feel and walking up stairs is the worst for me.  I feel like I'm going to pass out!
