low blood sugar maybe? HELP!!!

Hi I'm 24 weeks and 4 days. Lately I have only been able to keep sweet foods down. Like cake, cookies, grapes, doughnuts, lemonade, flavored water that taste like fruit punch, gatorade, etc. Everything else like meat and vegetables or things that are not sweet in any way I get very sick. The only thing I am craving is chocolate very strongly. Could this be bc my blood sugar is low? Or diabetes?

Found out today my sugar WAS EXTREMELY low. Which caused me to become very very dehydrated. Had to be taken to the hospital and hooked up to two different ivs for 6 hours. I now feel ten times better!

Yeah I had it during my first trimester but not this bad. But I have other things going on too. Like fainting, dizziness, headaches, rapid heart, diarrhea, of course vomiting, etc. So that's why I thought maybe it's my blood sugar. Can it drop really low randomly?? If so does it go back fast?

I was honestly the same in my first trimester and still a little today. I could only keep down sweets and stuff like that and when I tried eating meat or something I just got super sick. I'm 31 weeks tomorrow and my baby is completely healthy and when I had my 1 hour glucose testing it was normal too. I guess it's a stage in most pregnant women

Oh okay. I go talk to him on wednesday so I'll talk to him about it. I try to eat things that are not sweet but I can't keep it down or I get really bad diarrhea..

I doubt it, but you need to discuss this with your doctor. I have diabetes and when my blood sugar is low I just want to shovel food in my mouth, no matter what it is. Plus it's not healthy for your baby to only eat sweets...
