low fluid!

My doctor called me about my ultrasound and she said that my amniotic fluid is low I'm 30 weeks I'm so scared idk what's going on??

Thank you ladies I was in the hospital for 3 days because I had an infection in my kidney and I was very dehydrated my amniotic fluid is back to normal

Mines was low with my first. The sent me to l&d and gave me multiple I.v's and told me to drink plenty of water over  the weekend. Went back monday and my levels were fine. As long as they're not super low everything should be fine

Have lots of fresh pomegranate seeds or juice daily min one whole. Ull see rise in ur aminotic fluid

You'll also be told to consume lots of water/fluids in general and take it easy.  the fluid CAN replenish itself.  good luck hon

Find out "how low".  It is called AFI. You should start getting weekly biophysical profiles which includes fluid check and at least once weekly nonstress test. If you don't know what a biophysical (BPP) is just reply and I will explain. Was your fetal anatomy survey normal?
