low iron?

Any of you ladies have low iron while pregnant? I took my glucose test and they were worried about my iron levels so they are making me take, iron pills. What could happen if my iron doesnt rise? Ive always had very good iron levels til now im 27weeks3days with twins.

I have low iron an take medicine for it an I have stopped taking it for a couple of weeks today doc say I need to take 3 now I was taking 2before but I believed I had low iron before I got pregnant

I've had low iron throughout my whole pregnancy and have been on iron pills but I stopped taking them because they made me sick well just yesterday I was put in the hospital due to my blood count being so low I needed a blood transfusion and they had to give me 2 bags of blood just to get my blood count back up so my advice would be take the iron pills and your levels should go up

I had low iron with my first and had to take iron supplements too. My levels were fine after that though, And I don't really know what could happen if they stay low.
