My ob told me to take 1 tab a day. I was wondering the milligram because I read on the Internet that any adult should not take over 45mg a day. So it freaked me out. Lol. But 65mg seems to be the normal amount for us pregnant women

Mine is low and my doctor has me take two 65mg a day plus whatever is in my prenatal. And all the vitamins you take can cause constipation lol. Juste eat things high in fiber. My doctor said eat oranges.

It's whatever your doctor recommends. Everyone is different. There is no set amount. So your doctor should have told you how many milligrams to take.
