Anyone else who had tablets because they had low iron? When do the tablets start to work? Im sick of not being able to go out anywhere because i always go dizzy amd faint! Just want to be able to go shopping without feeling like im going to pass out!
2-3weeks. Chase them with orange juice vitamin c helps then get in your system faster. Be extremely consistent so that it can build up in your system. And also foods with iron can help build your iron faster. Broccoli, shrimp, lean beef like steak et c... you can Google for more info
